* For international visitors, prices may be displayed in US Dollars (USD $) or regional currencies via automated market settings.
* We accept payments via authorized payment gateways supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and approved digital wallets.
* We reserve the right to modify product prices, drop schedules, or delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
3. Products & Sizing Accuracy
* A significant portion of our catalog consists of curated 1-of-1 vintage and pre-loved garments. Due to their vintage nature, items may exhibit minor vintage wear consistent with age, which will be disclosed in the product condition grade.
* Sizing standards vary across vintage decades. We provide exact flat-lay garment measurements in inches on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to cross-verify measurements prior to placing an order.
* We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to display monitor calibrations and lighting conditions.
4. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
* Product unavailability or inventory sync discrepancy.
* Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
* Identification of suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or duplicate transactions.
If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners and may be subject to delays caused by weather, festive courier congestion, strikes, or regional transit restrictions.
6. Returns and Refunds
All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy. Due to the 1-of-1 vintage nature of curated drops, items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched.
